Eligibility for 100% Refund

An order is eligible for a 100% refund, including return shipping costs, under the following conditions:

Return Period

All returns must be initiated within 3 days from the time the customer receives the product they wish to return.

Acceptance Criteria

• A wrong item is sent by ToolsEngg instead of the item that was ordered. The products/items must be unused.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including original price tags, labels, and invoices.
• The return package must be securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once the returned items are received in an unused state without any damage, a 100% refund, including the shipping charge, will be immediately initiated through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Exceptions

• If a customer decides to return an item during transit or after receiving it and the shipped item matches the order specifications, they are not eligible for a return.
• Returns are accepted only for specific cases, such as a wrong product being sent, a damaged item, or dimensionally inaccurate products.

Cancellation Window

A product can be canceled within 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Fees

• A 7% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total invoiced amount when initiating the refund.
• Any additional fees incurred by ToolsEngg.com due to the cancellation may also be deducted.

Post-Dispatch and 24-Hour Limit

Once a product has been dispatched from our premises or after the 24-hour cancellation window, the order cannot be canceled.
